Using a combination of body weight exercises, resistance training and yoga poses, this course will help you to build strength, tone up and become more flexible and balanced.

Thursday 9am-10am
Expect breath awareness work, warming up through mindful movement, building heat through sun salutations, linking breath to movement this class will help you to build strength, flexibility and balance as well as helping you find your inner calm.
Suitable for beginners.
Mats and props can be provided
