Ease into your week with our Monday Evening Winter Warmer Yoga Class.
Designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind, the Monday Evening Winter Warmer
offers a perfect combination of breathwork and mindful movement. We'll create heat through slow flows, transitioning through reclined, seated, kneeling and standing poses for a full body practice.
Ending with a cosy, long resting pose to help you fully unwind.
Perfect for winding down after a busy day.
Wear layers and bring a blanket or warm jumper, and socks for extra comfort during Savasana (resting pose)
Suitable for beginners, mats and props provided.

Our beginner vinyasa yoga class is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that focus on connecting breath with movement.
The class starts with breathwork and slow mindful movement to warm-up the body, followed by a series of basic poses including lunges, downward dog, planks, back bends and sun salutations, performed in a flow that includes resting poses.
The pace is generally slow to moderate, allowing beginners to learn proper alignment and breathing techniques. The class usually includes a balance and always concludes with a cool-down and relaxation period, to promote relaxation and mindfulness.
Transitioning through reclined, seated, kneeling and standing poses for a full body practice.
Mats and props will be provided but if you prefer you can bring your own.

Expect breath awareness work, warming up through slow gentle movement, building heat with slow sun salutations, transitioning mindfully through standing poses and maybe even a balance pose before moving to the floor and finishing the class with a long soothing savasana (resting pose).
Suitable for beginners
Mats and props will be provided but if you prefer you can bring your own.
Wear comfortable clothing, preferably layers and feel free to bring a warm blanket for savasana.

This is a pay as you feel (PAYF) yoga class, you can pay by cash or bank transfer.
