If you are in peri-menopause, menopause or post menopause and are not yet strength training, this is a great place to start.

Expect breath awareness work, warming up through mindful movement, building heat through sun salutations, linking breath to movement this class will help you to build strength, flexibility and balance as well as helping you find your inner calm.
Suitable for beginners.
