Sober Yoga is a 31 day beginner-friendly yoga course designed to help you fill the evening alcohol gap and create a new evening ritual.
Instead of having your usual evening drink, roll out your yoga mat and learn how to calm your nervous system through movement and
breath-work.

There are 9 follow along yoga lessons. You follow each lesson for 3 consecutive days, this allows your body to get used to the movement, repetition is how we build strength, flexibility and balance and helps us to gain confidence in our Yoga Practice.

There are 4 guided meditations included in the course. The meditations can be done at any time and are particularly useful for days when you might not have time to do a full yoga lesson or when you are finding it difficult to sleep.
